Rooms To Go plans to build
a $6-million, 175,000-sf Key West Lamp Co. factory in the Tampa
Park of Commerce at the northeast quadrant of U.S. Hwy. 41 and Causeway
Blvd., Brandon. The 140-employee firm will add 50 workers when the
new facility is completed. The property was sold by Miami-based
Allen Morris Co. and transaction handled by Cushman & Wakefield,

Blair Minton & Associates plans to develop the 56,000-sf Heritage
Woods assisted-living facility on 9.26 acres at Lakeshore Blvd.

Seminole Mall Office Center
Inc. has purchased the 3-story, 32,223-sf Seminole Mall office building
at 8050 Seminole Mall, Seminole, for $1.625-million. Transaction

Corp., based in Colombia, is building a 2,500-sf manufacturing facility
