Excel Realty Trust Inc. to redevelop the 840,000-sf Clearwater
Mall at the southeast corner of U.S. Hwy. 19 and Gulf-to-Bay
Blvd., Clearwater. In the past three years the anchors -Dillard's,
Gayfer's, Burdines, AMC theaters and Montgomery Ward -have
