Fogarty Van Lines has purchased a 56,000-sf industrial warehouse
at 2901 10th Ave., Tampa, for $1.6 million from the Seventh

Manatee
County
The Manatee County Port Authority is developing a 158,600-sf

The Sembler Co. has entered into an agreement with New Plan
Excel Realty Trust Inc. to redevelop the 840,000-sf Clearwater
Mall at the southeast corner of U.S. Hwy. 19 and Gulf-to-Bay
Blvd., Clearwater. In the past three years the anchors -Dillard's,
Gayfer's, Burdines, AMC theaters and Montgomery Ward -have
