Hillsborough County
New York-based Bromley Development plans to build a 24-story, 300-room Westin Tampa Bay luxury hotel at Tampa Bay One at the northwest quadrant of I-275 and Dale Mabry Hwy., Tampa. The facility will include 20,000 sf of meeting space, a 10,000-sf health and fitness club and the top eight stories will be designed as 40 luxury condominiums. Arch: TVS Architects. Manatee County
